In order to give customers an overview of our upcoming version, we offer to test the preview version of
BS Contact VRML/X3D.
The preview of the BS Contact VRML/X3D 6.2 can be installed in the same way as the earlier version with a self extracting Installation
BS_Contact_VRML_62.exe.
After the installation you will find an entry "BS Contact VRML" under Programs in the Start menu.
The preview version shows the following line in the about box:
"Version bsContactVRML 6.200 Direct3D Sept 1 2004 ",
where newer releases show a newer date.
Please check this date frequently, as we may update the Preview Release.
The Windows component DirectX 9 is needed for BS Contact VRML/X3D 6.2. To upgrade your Windows system please download and install DirectX 9 from www.microsoft.com/directx.
This preview version will expire after September 30, 2004.
It is recommended to uninstall earlier versions of BS Contact VRML before installation and to
uninstall the preview manually before using BS Contact VRML/X3D 6.2 release version.
